Account deletion
In ACTiv, open Profile, choose Delete account, and confirm permanent deletion. Your login and personal account records are removed and you are signed out. If you cannot access your account, email support from the address associated with it.
Safety or conduct concern
Include the activity or host name, approximate date, what happened, and any relevant screenshots. Do not send passwords, government IDs, or unnecessary sensitive information. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Response
We review support messages as promptly as practical. Complex safety, privacy, or account-verification requests may require additional information.
