These Terms govern your use of ACTiv, operated by Active Soul Care. By creating an account or using ACTiv, you agree to them.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized use.
What ACTiv provides
ACTiv helps users discover hosts and coordinate activities. Unless expressly stated, Active Soul Care is not the organizer, guide, employer, agent, insurer, or guarantor of a host or participant. Host review is not a guarantee of conduct, skill, safety, availability, or outcome.
Outdoor activity risk
Outdoor and group activities can involve serious risks, including injury, illness, property loss, changing conditions, transportation risk, and interactions with others. Use your own judgment, assess conditions and participants, follow laws and safety guidance, carry appropriate equipment, and leave any situation that feels unsafe. Seek professional or emergency assistance when needed.
Your responsibilities
You agree to follow our Community Standards, applicable law, location rules, and host instructions that are lawful and safe. Do not misrepresent identity or qualifications, harass others, interfere with the service, scrape data, evade safeguards, or use ACTiv for unlawful or commercial spam.
Content
You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Active Soul Care a worldwide, nonexclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, and display it as needed to operate and promote ACTiv. You represent that you have the necessary rights. We may remove or restrict content or accounts that violate these Terms or create risk.
Availability and termination
ACTiv may change, pause, or discontinue features. You may stop using ACTiv or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, safety concerns, legal requirements, or service protection.
Disclaimers and liability
ACTiv is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Active Soul Care disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for user conduct, third-party services, or activity outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Active Soul Care will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
