Delete your ACTiv account
You can permanently delete your ACTiv account in the app. If you cannot sign in, you can request deletion here.
Delete your account in ACTiv
- Open Profile.
- Choose Delete account.
- Review the explanation and confirm permanent deletion.
Your account is deleted and you are signed out when the process completes.
Request deletion without the app
Email ACTiv support from the address associated with your account. Use the subject “Delete my ACTiv account” and include the account email address in your message. We may ask you to verify control of the account before deletion.
What deletion removes
Deletion removes your ACTiv login and personal account records, including your profile, preferences, follows, bookings, alerts, uploaded media, host application, and host updates. If you host upcoming activities, those activities are cancelled and participants are notified.
Limited records may be retained or de-identified when reasonably required for legal obligations, fraud prevention, safety, dispute resolution, or shared activity history, as described in our Privacy Policy.
